Our springs

We have been designing and producing high precision wire springs for industrial applications also with Wafios and Shinko technology for at least 50 years, using not only specific raw material according to UNI EN 10270-1, UNI EN 10270-2 e UNI EN 10270-3, but also special raw materials with particular mechanical features and high performance alloys.

Our core business refers to springs made with wire Ø 0,08 mm – 3 mm ( microsprings and small sized springs), but we can also manufacture products with larger diameters according to customer’s specification and drawing. For all springs types, owing to the collaboration of our reliable suppliers, we can grant professional and high quality surface and heat treatments.

Fields of application: electromechanical/ electrical, furniture fittings, medical, vending machines, automotive, textile, household appliances, irrigation systems exc…, the products we manufacture are suitable for many applications.
